The Segment Lifter (SL) is crafted for installing precast segments in scenarios where a launching gantry can’t complete the task, such as tight-radius highway loops or exceptionally long-span erections. One Solution has engineered multiple Segment Lifter systems for large balanced cantilever bridges. These lifters offer electric winches or strand jack systems and can be propelled forward using hydraulic jacks on steel rails or rubber tires.
